Day Tour Chagga Ancient Cave, Coffee Tour and Ndoro Waterfalls let visitors discover the caves, rock formation and learn how the local people make coffee.

The opportunity to take pictures of the Mount Kilimanjaro offers a sense of the spirit of the adventure. The trip also covers a small coffee tour, where visitors can learn about how the coffee is grown, harvested and processed locally. A fresh cup of coffee can also be prepared.

Ndoro Waterfalls covered with lush green landscape gives the opportunity to relax and take an energizing bath in the pool of the waterfall.

A picnic lunch will be served in the middle of the trip. Tasting a banana beer and wine can make your trip more incredible.

Itinerary

Day 1+

You will be picked from your hotel at around 9:00am, to Marangu a home of the chagga tribe and you will get a chance to take pictures of the mighty Kilimanjaro and get a sense of the spirit of the mountain. At this point you will learn alot about their traditional history. Our second stop will be a visit a small coffee farm where you will learn about how the coffee is grown harvested and processed locally and try with your own hand at processing roasting and even preparing a cup of fresh coffee. Once you are done with your coffee break and relaxed you will now walk to the Ndoro waterfalls of which on your way to the waterfalls you will pass through lush green landscape and a descend takes Approximately 1:00 hour. At this point you will enjoy a very fresh swimming and feel so relaxed. The other highlight will be the visit to the chagga ancient cave where by you will first learn more about the traditional foods of this tribe of which is banana, where you can get banana soup, banana beer. At time of drought the Masai migrated up the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro in search of food and water. They enslaved and killed the local chagga people in defense of this attack the chagga build an extensive network of underground caves. We will then spend some time at the museum of the chagga. Our tour also includes traditional hot meal/lunch box then we visit the blacksmith to learn how community made iron tools like spear then later we will drive back to moshi, what a lovely and enjoyable place to visit.
