Lake Manyara is best known for its flamingos, pelicans and cormorants population. Except these, the park is also the home for a few hundred other species of birds; it is therefore a paradise for ornithologists.
For animal lovers the park also offers the “Big Game” to encounter. Tree-climbing lions are the biggest attraction in the park. The unique tree-climbing lions are found in the park having this unique characteristic.
Lunch will be served at a picnic place in the middle of the wilderness. After plenty of time spent observing wildlife, we will take you back to Moshi.
Lake Manyara National Park covers an area of 330sq two-thirds of the Park is covered by lake manyara. The main attractive about this lake is superb bird life, the tree climbing lions, hippopotamus, elephants and it also has thousands of flamingos as well as a diversity of other birds life.
